Refund and cancellation terms for compliance documentation packages are set out in each signed Statement of Work. The information on this page is general guidance.
If you cancel before final documentation is delivered, you receive a prorated refund of unused fees less any work already performed (typically charged in milestones). Specific cancellation terms are in your SOW.
Once delivered, documentation packages are non-refundable except in cases of material defect. If a package fails to meet the regulatory standard it was contracted to satisfy (e.g., ISO 45001 audit non-conformance traceable to our work), we will revise at no additional cost or refund the affected portion of the engagement.
If you are an EU consumer engaging us in a personal capacity, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
